In addition, pomegranate seed oil also functions as a protector from skin cancer caused by ellagic acid. According to experts, the antioxidant content of polyphenols in large quantities in pomegranates can inhibit the growth of skin tumors.
2. Cherries

Cherries are very beneficial for skin health. This fruit is the best source of antioxidants melatonin. Melatonin can protect the skin from ultraviolet radiation. The researchers explain, melatonin can help repair burned skin and stimulate the growth of new skin cells. In addition, cherries are also a good source of vitamin C and are needed to form collagen in the skin.
